Matt Hardy a écrit, sur son blogue que l'on peut lire sur WWE Universe, qu'il est surpris d'avoir été libéré si rapidement de son contrat avec la ECW.

En mode "personnage", il se donne des fleurs pour avoir été le meilleur champion de l'histoire de la ECW.

Je sais mais même quand il était face il le disait qu'il tait le meilleur ECW Champ de l'histoire, il le pense vraiment je crois.

Oui, il avait d'ailleurs dit, interview basé sur des propos réels et non in-gimmick, qu'il disait avoir offert les meilleurs match à Mark Henry et qu'il trouve qu'il est un excellent champion ECW. Il avait dit ça le premier mois où il avait eu le titre, il me semble...
